We kindly ask that you select your items carefully, as for hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.

if you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To process a return or exchange, we’ll need proof of purchase.

If we determine that an item is defective, we will consider sending a replacement. However, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the damage is due to improper use, such as the use of pins or other non-manufacturer-related issues.
