What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is officially in stock. This ensures that you secure the product before it sells out. Pre-order items are not available for immediate shipment, and their estimated arrival time will be specified in the product description.

How Pre-Orders Work

• The estimated shipping date for each pre-order item is provided in its product description. However, due to manufacturing and logistics, this timeline may be subject to change. We will keep you updated if any delays occur.

• If you purchase a pre-order item alongside an in-stock item, your entire order will be shipped together when the pre-order item becomes available.

• If you would like your in-stock items to be shipped immediately, we recommend placing a separate order for the pre-order item. This way, your in-stock items will be shipped without delay, while the pre-order item will be sent as soon as it arrives.

• Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to reserve your item.

• As soon as our delivery arrives to our facility, we ship the product to you. You will be provided with a despatch notification, as well as tracking number, so you can trace your delivery.

• Once a pre-order has been placed, your order cannot be cancelled and our standard return policy applies.
